I love Zumba on Tuesday morning in Kennett and the yoga classes.

class is unique! It offers genuine strength training in addition to overall fitness and flexibility. I wish it was offered at all the branches!

EGYM is perfect for me

I like my chair yoga class very, very much. The instructer is wonderful. She considers every ones ability and lack of ability, and makes us feel happy to be in her Thursday class.

There is a variety of programs and at various times of the day to fit my needs. The instructors are friendly and inspiring. I feel more motivated at the Y than when working out at home. My kids have participated in a variety of activities, camps, and early education. The Y was willing and eager to assist in my son’s therapies while attending daycare. As well I love that the y offers adaptive activities now as well.

I only swim. It’s a nice, clean facility. Staff is great

Can you setup a boxing (additional cost) class? This was planned in early 2020 before Covid, and then Covid caused it to be cancelled. This would be a very popular class. The little room that holds the heavy bags is under-utilized anyhow, and creating this class plus possibly leaving the heavy bags up all the time would be a great addition to the gym. I know two people who have left this YMCA to join boxing gyms for the workout classes- not for the boxing sparring.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility has an impressive gym, including the Egym which is excellent for those with limited time. The opportunity to exercise remotely is a great addition, too. Have yet to try the pools, but having a large outside pool, an indoor pool and a warm pool is great. The Basketball and Pickleball courts look great.

Programs are for all levels of experience which is very helpful! The e gym is great to build stamina and muscle. All staff is helpful and professional. I look forward to going when ever I can get there.
