What do you like about our programs and activities?

Early morning group exercise and cycling classes! The earlier the better! The 5:15 am classes work great for being able to get a great workout in before getting ready for the work day! And when an instructor needs to be out for these early morning classes, it is so important that a reliable substitute teacher be available. Thank u for offering these early morning classes or else I would not be able to get a workout in my day at all!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

It is so convenient and all the teachers are so friendly and welcoming. The Y Days are a huge benefit and the facility has so many amenities that my child loves.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I joined the UMLY to play pickleball. It has been a wonderful experience. Tim has been great at organizing play for all levels. The people playing are really nice. Everyone knows your name. It feels like a family.

The facilities are spacious and the equipment is well maintained. I would like to request that they add a larger coat rack area in the UMLY Wellness center.

Well equipped fitness center, with several squat racks.
Pools are great. Looking forward to more lap swimming. Can’t wait to try Cardio Barre.

Love the aqua for classes. I just wish there were more of them. I work part time so can only attend o e a week because they are not offeeed everyday. Would also love some aqua aerobics options after 4:00.

I love programs for kids, camp, swimming etc but due to many staff shortages and monthly cost for families I’m not as likely as previous to recommend.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Yoga with Amy Morris and Power Yoga with Barb Brown keep me sane! Don’t know what I’d do without them.
Also, the teachers at the Early Learning Center are so caring and patient. My baby loves seeing them each day and I feel good dropping her off.

There is a terrific variety of programs with various hours, so there’s something for everyone at a convenient time. The instructors are caring and knowledgeable.
