I like that there are so program choices.

I love the child watch option for when my child does not want to swim with us parents. The family pool is great, and my son enjoys his swim lessons there.

I participate in all the water aerobics offerings and Silver Sneakers cardiac and yoga. I’m grateful that you have added a Friday water aerobics class. I will say that the Wednesday water aerobic classes are far too crowded and that sadly I’m going to discontinue my attendance, which I advised the teacher. I pay $63.00 a month for my membership. I use the swimming pools and hot tub. They are wonderful!

LOVE the Silver Sneakers classes and the Chair Yoga. Not only does it get my body in shape, but also have made some wonderful friendships.

It is easily accessible and age appropriate.

I use the Fitness Center as a follow on to my cardiac rehab.
I do not like the new paper towels - they tear & fall apart when they get wet.

I love Aqua Fit Deep with Devon. She is fantastic!

I also love Lite Fit and Lite Strength classes, however they are in West Chester. Wish these classes were offered at UMLY.

Fantastic in every way.

I base my high rating entirely upon my experience with "Aqua Fit Deep" conducted by Devon Happersett-Heppe. This is the only class I attend at the Y. And I've been regularly attending for a little over a year now. Devon is a superb instructor. She is a total professional. She is extremely knowledgeable. She challenges us, while being mindful of our safety. Class members vary in fitness/age, and she's somehow able to provide exercises that work for everyone. She's consistently enthusiastic and positive. Her classes are a delight.

The exercise classes I am taking are timely and very professionally taught. I have become a regular participant and a time in my life when they are very important.

I particularly enjoy both Karen’s and Judy’s Body Sculpt classes. Both are challenging and make exercise classes fun.
