Last summer was a very trying time for us. Mom had just been in the hospital and rehab for 2 months. I live in CT and could only be there a few weekends to help Mom with the process of selling her home of 45 years!. Judy came in and literally saved the day (really the whole move). She did practical things that I couldn't do from 4 hours away. She spent hours at the house helping Mom prepare documents, clear out the house, and had a stager come in. She connected her with a man who sells/ donates your unwanted poscessions (great help). She even came by on moving day to deliver lunch. She communicated with myself and Mom's lawyer. She did it all. I am so grateful for the time and effort she committed to my Mom while constantly reassuring and supporting her. I highly recommend Judy Winslow - top notch lady and agent!!!

Marianne kept in constant contact with us through out, with out being obnoxiously intrusive. She was very personable, and pleasant. Her knowledge of the industry was very evident. Marianne was aggressive in her marketing, netting us 16% over asking price. Overall we were very pleased.
After having worked with Kevin on the purchase of our first home, we knew Kevin had to be our first call when we found a house that we liked online. The perfect home popped up on Zillow and we called Kevin on our way to the open house they were having that day. After driving away from the open house we told Kevin we were really interested, and he said, "Well I have a flight at 7, but we can go see it together at 5 if that's ok with you guys." Kevin jumped on the house and then jumped on a plane. He even sent our offer over while he was at a MLB game to make sure we were ahead of a bidding war. His team may have lost the game, but we won our dream house!
