How easy they made it and how easy they were to deal with. Very responsive and thorough. All I had to do was to respond to messages about showings dates/times since I was still living at the home part time. Even though we had to come down on the asking price a bit in this market, it was still more than I would have anticipated a few years earlier when I initially contemplated putting my house on the market, (when it was a sellers market).
I'll definitely be using Hunt again when it comes time for the next house!

Jean Hill is a top notch realtor. Over the years we have never met a realtor that went the extra measure in making sure we thoroughly look at a house. She does this so we can be sure we are getting the home we want. Highly recommend Jean. She was additionally very helpful through the closing process, even checking on us after the closing!
