Zerorez did a great job cleaning my air ducts. From my initial call to learn about the company, their products and service I was pleased with the agent Kevin who I spoke with. He was able to give me an appointment in a few days. I received an email and text that my visit was soon. My home was serviced by Mark who called prior to his arrival. Once he arrived he was very professional and walked me through what he would be doing to clean my air ducts. He left everything neat and clean when he was done. I will use their services again.

Very nice technician. Protected corners of walls so hose did not damage anything. Treated spots so that they came up nicely. No chemical odors at all!
You all are a 10 out of 10. If there was an 11, I would give you that. Dominic and his trainee were excellent. Came in with their booties on. Looked around, found out what we needed, quoted a firm price. No up-selling and pressure was used.
One tool they did use, which I had never seen before, was a "dual-brush" sweeper, scrubber of some type. This machine pulled dirt and grime up to the surface from our carpet which they picked up and disposed before that started the big machine with the zero water in it. I've had at least 6 or 7 carpet cleaning companies to my homes over the last 30 years and never seen this piece of equipment that got major "gunk" out of our one-year old carpet yet didn't damage the carpet at all. THEY SHOULD MENTION THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IN THEIR ADVERTISING. Call it the "Monolith Max" precleaning brush!
They worked hard, without any breaks or fooling around, and got it all done in excellent time. All for the price they quoted.

Attentive technician and great result; I believe his name was either Jason or James but he truly did his best to ensure he did what we could to help us and make sure we were satisfied by the time the job was done.

The tech did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpet in our three bedrooms, landing and stairs! The carpets were in badly need of cleaning because of of the light color and high traffic
