The technician, Anthony, was friendly, went over all of my options, worked quickly, and ensured my carpet and the sofa were clean and fresh. There is a bit of an odor, however, it is not overwhelming and after a few minutes, it goes away. It was an easy process and I will use Zerorez again. Very happy and satisfied with the service and the outcome.

You can tell he’s very passionate about his job! He’s also very personable!! Very respectful! Our carpets looked AMAZING after he left. We still have very light builders grade carpet that is 10+ years old. It has a lot of wear and many years of foot traffic - the results were amazing. The young technician was fast, friendly and very kind - he did a great job!
