I've never been a huge fan of fitness classes, but I have loved every class at core power city center! The facilities, classes, and community have been great. The instructors in particular are always friendly and welcoming, in addition to being highly prepared and excellent instructors.

9 because towels should be free with the membership and there should be plastic bags for wet, dirty clothes. Also would be smart to have a mini vac in the bathroom to quickly vacuum up hair - Im sure guests/regulars would do this.

Clean studio, good location, consistency.

I like the pacing and difficulty of the sculpt yoga classes. The front desk attendants are super friendly and knowledgeable. I also like that the classes aren't dominated by skinny white women, rather there is a nice heterogeneity in the class makeup. This has certainly made me feel as though I fit in a bit more than I have at other yoga studios!

i love the people who manage and teach at city center. kate shin has been a wonderfully competent and gracious manager, great energy and peaceful/friendly presence. assistant manager anna and other instructors are also equally awesome. :)

The free week allows you to experience all different types of classes. The flexibility of not needing to sign up for class ahead of time makes it much easier to attend classes.

CorePower City Center has such a welcoming atmosphere - from the moment you walk in, to the, "Bye, See you soon!" you hear on the way out. I really love the flexibility the variety of classes and times are able to give me. Whether it's a class before work, during lunch, or after work, they always provide the opportunity to expand your practice. I always leave sweaty, feeling accomplished!

The instructor were good at instructing the poses. Giving clear verbal directions and how to align the body. Giving good queuing for breathing -- when to inhale and exhale, where the breath should come from -- the mouth or nose.

I like that the instructor, Nicole was considerate of me, as a new comer to yoga. She's great and has opened my eyes to a new form of fitness. Definitely coming back to the CityCenterDC location!

I love that the music is upbeat for the sculpt and c2 class. I love that yoga is for meditating but I also want it to be fun and energizing! I love that you have classes for that. I have already recommended core power to several of my friends and it's only a matter of time until they come with me!!

As an engineer I was immediately impressed by the structure of the classes, the precision and the consistency of the language used by the instructors. The classes themselves focused specifically on the areas of my body that needed the most work.

The classes I took were great! Love the mix of core work out and yoga. I've never sweat so much as I did in Sculpt! The only complaints I'd have is its pretty pricey and the room is sometimes uncomfortably hot
