Attending Sophia's yoga class on Sunday at 5:15 p.m. was an absolute delight and left me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing.

Sophia's expertise and passion for yoga were evident from the moment she stepped into the room. Her calm and soothing voice guided us through each pose, ensuring that we maintained proper alignment and focused on our breath. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the class accessible to practitioners of all levels.

What truly set Sophia's class apart was her ability to create a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The soft lighting, gentle music, and aromatic scents instantly transported me to a place of tranquility. Aurora is one the the best instructors CPY has to offer large in part for her will to be creative in hey curriculum, apparently researching flow progressions which offer variety and creativity.

The yoga instructors are amazing. Please do whatever you can to keep the good ones! Aurora is absolutely amazing. Her class on Monday was one of the best classes I’ve ever taken.
