From the initial consultation to the installation was fantastic communication and service. The installers were very professional and left my new window area super clean. Great job!

THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. MIKE WAS THE PERSON ON THE JOB. HE CAME IN, EXPLAINED THE PROCESS, REMOVED THE OLD DOOR, AND PUT IN THE NEW DOOR. THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE TO THE MAIN FRAME DUE TO WIND, A PIECE HAD BEEN RIPPED OFF. WE KEPT THE PIECE, AND MIKE WAS ABLE TO PUT THAT BACK INTO THE FRAME, USE WOOD PUTTY SO THAT IT WOULD SET, AND FASTEN IT WITH LONGER SCREWS SO THAT IT WOULD BE SECURE.

MIKE EVEN CAME BY THE HOUSE BEFORE THE REPLACEMENT DOOR WAS DELIVERED. HE DID A MINOR REPAIR ON THE OLD STORM DOOR, SO THAT IT WOULD LAST UNTIL THE NEW ONE WAS DELIVERED.

Graboyes Windows and Door installed 7 windows in my home this month and I am highly pleased. TJ and Chris were so kind and professional. I asked them if they could remove their shoes when working in the master bedroom because of white carpet and they were more than willing. They cleaned up each space both inside and outside after installing the windows. TJ gave thorough instruction on how to work the windows, although I popped one of the windows off the track as soon as he left. I called the office to inform them of the incident and someone contacted me right away. I would definitely refer Graboyes Windows and Doors.
