straight forward operation, parking can be a little tough

I liked the slow, steady pace of the class. The heat of the room was even inviting since I am going through menopause. Unfortunately I live in Fresno, Ca. and there are not any of your services close by for me to continue your classes. If there were services here I would definitely continue. This was my first yoga class ever and I feel that I will be continuing my experience here. John was a very welcoming instructor. I understood his direction of positions really well. Thank you for the new experience.
