I love so much about your products and services. You have a wide variety of classes offered throughout each day and a plethora of teachers who each bring their own vibe to class. This location is absolutely beautiful-big bathrooms, clean showers and changing areas. I also love the studios. They are warm and inviting-always heated to just the right temperature and the lights are dimmed and turned up when appropriate. I love doing slow classes and shivasana in low light. Everybody is so welcoming and inviting when you walk in the door and after I have done a class with a teacher it seems like that teacher never forgets my name! Every time I come they say hi to me. I feel very comfortable at Corepower Fair Oaks. One thing I think could be better is that while this is a new studio, you have been here for 6 ish months now but I still feel like in almost every class we are treated as newbies. For example in sculpt-every time we start using the weights we are told to take a break and grab a sip of water while we watch a weight demo. Even if there are new people in a class maybe the "new person speech" can be shortened because they will catch on by watching others. I also don't feel like we need to be told to take water breaks so often. Maybe at the beginning of class the teacher could remind us to take water breaks whenever we need to and leave it at that (except HPF of course because there is a designated water break). Instead of slowing us down to take water breaks, keep going. Keep our heart rates up and keep us moving so we feel tired and like we got a great workout at the end of class. Classes are only an hour, so the more I am pushed the better I feel after class. Thanks for coming to Fair Oaks!

Very nice clean new studeo.. I was only there once so far and loved it.. I did a candle lit vinyasa class that was tought by a an awsome teacher, Sara..She was also very helpful..Great experience!!
I love the positivity! I'm brand new to yoga and felt incredibly encouraged by my instructor Erin. She paid special attention to me when I told her about my injuries and limits. Hoping to get a few of my friends on board soon!

I love CPY, and enjoy the entire process and the consistency among the different CPY locations, yet the awesome uniqueness of the different instructors. The facilities are always clean and comfortable. It was a joy to attend the class at CPY - Fair Oaks, with an amazing instructor, Manuel. We certainly will attend class again when visiting Sacramento.
Manuel was an excellent teacher. His demeanor and his class were great. I've attended countless yoga classes around the world with CPY and others and he really stood out as a great teacher. We don't live in sac but we will return next time we visit!
My first time was on Fri, April 15th. The instructor was named Heather and I absolutely loved her flow and yoga style. Her music was pretty awesome too. I have very tight hips and shoulders bur she worked with me through it all giving different options and position styles. The class overall rocked and I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you for such an awesome experience.

It is the best Yoga studio! Always greeted by name when I come in. The classes are great. Not super crowded. The facilities are clean. That includes the yoga class rooms, the lockerrooms and bathrooms. It is a great experience each time I go and I look forward to working with all of the teachers.
