I am very likely to recommend Rapid Refill. We recently had problems with a new cartridge not working and the local store where we bought the ink cartridge from came out and gave us a different cartridge and got our printer going again.

I believe products to be comparable to other ink companies. ( I cant really tell a difference there.) But, the service, the service of your employees is amaxing! I don't consider myself to be very tech savy, but when I call everyone is has a wonderful knowledge of many gadgets! I love that I can call with any questions I may have. The delivery system is also another great feature of their service. Fargo's best ink company due to service! Shout out to Tricia and First name removed!

I like that if there is any problem with an ink cartridge, Rapid Refill will stand behind their product and test out the product to see really what is the problem, and replace it if they feel it is a mistake on their part. I've experienced such service. Once they even helped me with a question on how to do something on the computer. I appreciated that very much.

I have a dell printer. Previously I had to order the printer cartridge through the mail. And wait for it. With Rapid Refill I can walk in the store and use that cartridge the same day. Who likes to wait?

I get a lot more printed pages from the Rapid Refill cartridges than the original brand name cartridges and save about 30% to boot. How can you not like that!
