It is a one stop shop store. They have what you need at a much more reasonable price than any big box store and the person waiting on you is personable, friendly and helpful. Even gave me a tour of the process of refilling the first time I stopped. Quick note - the refills work better, much better, if you remember to remove the tape on the end!

I have a relatively old Canon. RR always has my carts in stock, and I have never had trouble beyond once or twice needing to reinsert a cart. Very nice.
