The price is unbelievable and if for any reason a cartridge doesn't work they gladly will replace or exchange it. That means s lot to me.

Several years ago I started using Rapid Refill and have not used anything else since...the product has always worked like a new one and only a couple times that I have had problems the people at the store are wonderful about correcting it with no problems...when my friend say "isn't it expensive to print a lot?" I just tell them I use Rapid Refill so it is not expensive at all..Thanks

I have appreciated in the past the research you do to find the toners we need. Its a benefit having you keep our past orders info on file for when i am reordering, then when I am not in my office to retrieve toner information you can look it up for me in your records. Thank you for your service.

I really have no complaints, except that I can't get my copy machine to work. I may have to come back and see if the new cartridge is working as it says to check print cartridge, although I think it fits like normal. Once it said it wouldn't work because the door was open when it was closed. Can't figure it out. I've tried unplugging it for awhile, but still doesn't work. I may be doing something wrong, but don't know for sure. Any clues you can give me?

I like the fact that the people working at this store are knowledgeable about their products and the printers I use. The service is always top shelf. The prices of ink cartridges' are more than reasonable too.
