The new layout & procedures put in place by westpark are excellent. Feel really safe while in the gym which is a huge credit to all of the westpark staff. As usual westpark have spared no expense to ensure it has remained as a best in class fitness facility. All of the staff have also made me feel really welcome to be back.
I love Westpark’s vibe and energy and the floor area is huge. Great staff and management who excel in customer service. Hygiene has always be excellent and in lieu of Covid-19 they have hit the ball out of the park. Well done guys.

The gym is unbelievably clean and contains every piece of equipment needed. The classes are fantastic and the staff really know their stuff and are always approachable.
The friendly environment - from reception to the changing rooms, it rubs off on the clientele and they look out for each other.

I love how the places feels so friendly. Staff are great and friendly. Iv been in other gyms and hated the atmosphere in them. People looking down at you but this place just has a nice bright friendly vibe. So well done to you all 👌🎈
Westpark have made me feel very safe going back to gym after reopening during Covid 19
I like the body pump and the spinning classes. All the instructors are top class. Also a great place to meet and chat with new people.
I love how all the staff are very approachable.from the reception to the gym floor the staff are always available to help with anything.ive been to other gyms where staff are pretty much non existent but in westpark there's always 2 or 3 staff walking around ready to help with anything. Makes a big difference for new members to see help is there if you need it.

The staff are always happy to help and offer a great service and standard through out the gym. Great atmosphere and it was very missed throughout lockdown.
The changes made to the gym for COVID-19, like utilising the underground car park, were well thought out. Staff are very visible when it comes to sanitising the equipment and most members I’ve seen have been diligent in this are as well. The gym feels safe to use.
