I'm so happy to be back training at the gym again! Loving the new underground studio and virtual studio for Les Mils classes! Place is very well laid out and clean and great to see everyone sticking to guidelines with face masks, distancing and cleaning down equipment!

Great range of equipment and classes. Especially impressed with the way you have coped with the regulations around covid. The new layout is superb - a brilliant and effective use of space. The booking system is also really easy to use. Great staff as well.
Staff are very obliging, helpful and courteous, also facilities are kept to a very high standard.
I like the the warm and friendly atmosphere from the time I enter until I leave it is very professionally run particularly in these testing times I was a bit concerned about going back after the restrictions but seeing how well prepared and how everything is strictly monitored I feel completely at ease in all areas of the gym not to mention the classes in the studio after being put through our paces. it is great to work at your own pace and not feel under pressure. There is so much variety in the gym you would never tire of new challenges and the feeling of well-being I get after excersiseing is well worth the time

I like the way all your staff are well educated on the training, And there knowledge when you have a question about what weights or training Your doing on the day, the staff always make you feel so welcome, and as I said when you have a query they help you there and then, that’s a nice feeling to be part of Westpark gym!

Great job with reopening the gym. Hearing from other gyms that they packed out, whereas Westpark has every thing under control. Good work guys!
Would like to see rpm at 9am . I would like to see the kettlebell Trx Live classe teturn on Thursday morning at 10am, rather than the 10am dancerzice which seems to be a female oriented affair.

Since lockdown eased I've gone back to the gym using the pool. The new arrangements of booking the pool means a whole new experience for me. The enjoyment has reached a terrific level. You have a great swim great freedom in the changing room you feel very safe the staff are brilliant and my favourite coffee shop is back in business. Marks out of 10 I give 10.75 Westpark is brilliant and other people I've spoken to feel the same
