I like the way the staff are friendly and very helpful allso the way classes are when there on, in regards to hygiene the place is spotless and the staff doing the work are lovely, I'm years in the gym and I would recommend it to any of my friends it's the best ran gym ever.

It always strikes me when I approach the the reception desk that the staff member will always look up and greet you in a friendly but professional manner.
I am always struck by how clean all parts of the building are. From the reception area to the gym and swimming pool and the dressing rooms. On all my visits, at many different times I always see someone carrying out some kind of cleaning duty. Even the car park is always clean. I never once saw a piece of litter. I have not partaken yet but its lovely to see that there are virtual classes on line while the covid restrictions continue.
It was great how we were kept in touch with during the covid lockdown and how we were welcomed back on reopening. The app for booking classes is very user friendly and works well.
As a private sector worker I can appreciate how there is a financial strain on your business and I I am so glad that you have kept going as best you can.
I love Westpark and I often over hear other people in the dressing room saying how its a great
gym to be a member of. Well done to all the management and staff.

Adapting to COVID
Everything is ok , only thing is this coronavirus crap. And I can not use jackizi or sauna. Also I am afraid there will be lockdown again and all my training and efforts will be screwed. Also dont like finishing time 18 on weekends. But that is understandable . Just do everything to keep the gym open as thats people and your money. The government doing opposite thing, instead of locking down or putting restriction they should invest in hospitals and health system. If I will be sick I will not go to the gym. So whats the point of closing? But you doing great job to keep everything going .

I have been particularly impressed by Westpark's response to the covid situation since we entered our first lockdown in March. Prior to that I have always held Westpark in the highest esteem, it being a top-quality, top-class gym, in terms of staff, equipment, facilities, etc. However, the attentiveness to members' needs while the gym endured its forced closure, and the measures taken, not just to comply with rules handed down by govt, but a genuine concern for members' safety, as well as wanting to facilitate us in satisfying our physical and mental health needs, has been nothing short of incredible.
Thank you for everything you have done, and everything you continue to do.

Since joining back westpark this week, I was so happy with the cleaning and safety measures put in place. The app is brilliant for booking slots on the gym floor and I can now stream classes online with no attendee limit so we can all enjoy classes like the ever-popular yoga for anxiety! Well done westpark!

I like the place, it’s well equipped and the app really helps for example not to be in crowded pool or gym floor.
The induction meeting with the coaches is also helpful.
All the staff seam lovely, love this space in all my years going to a gym, I’ve never had so much comfort in my life. Love love love the booking system. Knowing that it’s no stress to go at 5:30 vs the madness that occurs in other gyms is great. It’s well worth the fee and I genuinely love it

High standard of facilities,helpful staff,great online exercises,especially Lizzie,very clear and easy to follow. I'm just wowed by all on offer,compared to benn dunne where I had been going for 8 years! More costly,but worth every euro.
On entering the centre greeted by Friendly and professional staff, facilities are clean , classes designed to suit all ages.
