Great staff and feel very safe attending Gym during Covid
Your staff, your clean and spacious facilties, your staff, did I mention your staff?
Absolute hygienic all over.
Many choices of resistance machines, bikes, treadmills and of course qualified friendly staff for the over 60’s
I love the new set up and the social distance of 6 ft ,that part makes me feel so comfortable and safe with this horrible pandemic that we are all going through. I like when you have a question what ever trainer is on the floor makes you feel ok and explains and goes through your question ,or if your think your doing a exercise wrong again the staff come over and show you the right way, so all in all Westpark is a lovely place to workout and socialise with others. Westpark and our selfs are doing everything to keep us all safe...
I think that under extreme pressure the same ethos of what Westpark is about is still there. Westpark not only is it a gym it's a big part of community that we live and exercise in. As OAP it helps me to invigorate the tired old joints. The staff you have are truly amazing and at all times have time for you and your queries. . With the lockdown there were so many classes you could participate in by YouTube in the comfort of your home.
The only down side for me and many others was no Aqua.I love this so much . The music just bring you alive as you strut your stuff in the pool. I now go to the pool but I cant swim I just walk up and down.. I wish that for pool time we had some music playing so that the old bones could feel young again.
May everyone have a beautiful Christmas with the anticipation of receiving the coronavirus vaccine. We may never be the same again I hope that we will appreciate the wonderful kindness of people that comes into our lives especially in Westpark gym.🎅

The gym is spotless clean, staff are fantastic and their communications especially during Covid times have been spot on. Westpark has everything needed for all types, and what’s more, it’s a friendly environment for all, be they elite athlete or once a month trainers. Haven’t once considered leaving this gym.
Love the Gym been a member for over 15 years, they keep a fresh look and use the very best of equipment.
When I say they believe in customer service I mean it 10 out of 10.

The best gym I’ve ever been a member of and the work all the staff put in during lockdown to keep us motivated was absolutely fantastic.
There is something for everyone in Westpark whether you are a beginner or long time user. They have a wide & varied range of classes. The staff are always so pleasant & friendly. The standard of cleanliness is amazing especially with the Covid happening & I always feel safe working out.

You provide facilities and classes to suit everyone and regularly upgrade these. You keep your members in the loop all the time and your staff are excellent. I would recommend Westpark without hesitation.

I am very happy with with everything. I book the swimming pool on the app but I notice sometimes when I go and the pool is fully booked there is room in the lanes . I assume this is where members are booking and not showing up . I think this is unfair and should be addressed

Both management and staff are very friendly and helpful the gym is very clean and kept up to date with equipment and classes . I would just like to say how well it is being run under the present circumstances
