Great facilities and equipment selection which is constantly being updated, excellent staff, very friendly and professional, really good atmosphere in the gym and the coffee shop is a real plus, highly recommend 👍🏽👊🏽
The gym is always cleam and well resourced. I love how machines are constantly being upgraded and areas are bring changed around to suit needs

I love everything about the gym.
If I was to make a suggestion, it would be to extend the studio to allow more people in to the classes.
It can be very hard to get body pump classes unless your own the phone at 8am the previous week to the class.
You have all the updated equipment and gym floor is always spotless clean thanks to all the cleaners and of course all the trainers you can't forget them
