Nice studio near my work and very convenient. The yoga teachers are excellent and very caring.

However, the front door may need to be fixed. Everyone enters the studio thru the basement emergency door using the elevator.

I loved the one class I went to. I wish I had had time to try more sessions!

The variety of classes and class times is great, there’s something for everyone. The teachers are so friendly and welcoming and have great music. The themed classes are so fun and motivate me to work out on days I normally wouldn’t!

I also love that every teacher emphasizes that we should take workouts at our own pace and modify as needed. It’s a great environment!

PLEASE make the 45min Lunch Express class more available for ClassPass users!! It was a great class; a bit of a dial-back from the normal 60mins, so I wasn’t completely dead afterwards and had energy to still go around town and attend to errands!! Adored it, looking forward to attending more of you all let me~~!🤗

all of the dupont teachers are amazing and tyler (studio manager) is the best. i always leave here feeling empowered and everyone is so respectful about our different skills/strength levels/abilities. dupont is farther from me than the georgetown studio but i will ALWAYS come here over gtown or any other studio. ❤️❤️ it is the best

I loved the instructor, Olivia, and the class experience was great! She did a lot of fun transitions and always gave options to experiment and either take a step back or challenge yourself. I also really enjoyed the variety of different flows that we moved through during the class -- it was never boring at all. I went to the location with unfortunately the closed entrance due to the car accident but that was no big deal, the other entrance was easy to find and the staff knew what to do. The only thing I noticed was that one of the water fountains wasn't working but after I mentioned it someone mentioned that they were already on it, so everyone there is definitely receptive!

The instructors have good playlists and encourage us to modify workouts to fit our own needs and abilities. Also love the variety of classes and times offered!

I love CorePower Yoga because the teachers are energetic and motivating. The music played along with the class is fun.

Conchita is the best fitness instructor I have taken a class from, and I have dabbled in many workout classes. She is an awesome combination of nice, encouraging, and strong, making me feel like I can attack a workout while also making me feel like breaks are okay on days when they're needed. I recommend her classes to everyone I know!
