I really enjoyed my class with Andrew on Monday for my sculpt class! I really enjoyed the lower lights and the music. Sad to see he doesn't seem to teach that often! Anyways, really great class.

Instructors!
Check in process went smoothly. Instructor had great music, was high energy, and gave great verbal cues. She told you what equipment you needed prior to class and encouraged you to push yourself without being militant about it which some instructors do which I am not a fan of. She seemed to have fun and as a result her energy was contagious. Great cool down with cues to folks who needed to leave earlier when to do so. Instructor provided some guidance in terms of what to take with you off the mat without being too preachy.
Some of the best teachers I’ve ever taken classes from! Major shoutouts to Mahima, Jess, and Chessie who all bring such welcome energy to the studio week in and week out. I tell all my friends to take classes there.

Most of my experience at Corepower Yoga Dupont has been shaped by Jessica D. Both her C2 and Sculpt classes always have me leaving with a smile on my face. She creates such a positive and approachable environment and takes great care in developing community within the studio. She is a shining star! And I am so grateful to have met her so early on in my yoga journey. Without her, I may not have continued with yoga!
Other than that, the studio is always clean and the classes start on time. No complaints there.
It is a great place to get a good workout in while being relaxed and calm. I love that you can take everything at your own pace and instructors don’t try to force your body to do more than it can.
Very good! Intense workout however also quite enjoyable. Drink lots of water beforehand!
