The customer service and price!
I can get in and out very quickly, it's close to home, the service is always great, and the prices are much better than buying a new one. Also, when I had and issue with a cartridge I bought from them, they exchanged it and helped explain what the issue might have been. It was my hardware and I'd have been disappointed with the new cartridge too if they wouldn't have taken the time to troubleshoot the problem with me. I will never go anywhere else. If they are closed, I'll wait till they open instead of purchasing at an alternative store.
