Great replacement for the brand name, for my Brothers & Cannon ink jet printers. I have used them for app. over 3 yrs. When I had a dry one that did not work, they replaced it, when I brought it to their attention.

The cost and also the convenience--The staff is very helpful at my neighborhood store/.. Of just walking in and picking up a cartage is a great convenience. The staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope to see them last a long time and I will support them.
