Studio, classes, and the people!

I participated in my first actual yoga class on Friday of last week, I have done various yoga poses along with stretches/strengthening exercises for many years. I had no idea how much I would enjoy the structured class with many more poses than I have ever attempted. I loved the warm studio and the toxins exiting my body (sweat) as I proceeded through the class. The facility was top notch, the instructor and assistant were wonderful & encouraging to all of us in the class. I am inspired to do more yoga classes with CPY.

Core Power's Rino studio has phenomenal yoga guides.....dedicated and knowledgeable, they will take you to a higher plane of physical fitness and emotional consciousness.

I love this studio! It is very clean and well kept. I wish they had more than 1 room so the classes weren't so crowded and there would be more classes/times available.

I love the classes. They are so positive and much needed for people who deal with stress in their life.

The Rino Core Power space is the most beautiful in Denver. Nadia's Sunday morning class is my favorite.

I love the schedule with tons of options. I love the core work. The facility is really nice. I would change: the music: very loud and not conducive to a meditative state, it also demotivates me when many instructors talk about how hard core is and how we probably can't wait for it to end while we're doing core - instead focus on how great it is (this happens almost every class, focusing on how hard it is), I would also change the advertising at the end of class - the last thing I want after a class is to have to listen to advertising - instead focus on something uplifting or better yet just silence.

I will say that the classes are too pricey, unless you get unlimited. I love COREPOWER, and was going 5 times a week, but thats a car payment, plus most belong to another gym as well. It would be nice to keep the clientele the same, but somehow lower the prices.
