I thought our instructor was very good and gave the right amount of adjustments and helpful advice for a Corepower 1 class. I live across the street and look forward to coming back to the studio a lot!

I like the size and space of the RiNo Studio. I also am thankful for the easy parking situation. It's hard to find parking at other studios. My first class here was great and I will be back!

It was my first time doing yoga at warm temperature, which was a great exercise. Definitely I will go back and recommend my friends. It was intense but really relaxing after.

I really liked the instructor, Chelsea. I went to the 5:30 C2 on opening day, and I was a little nervous because I don't frequent yoga. Everything about her teaching and her class was perfect. Very smooth, uplifting, and produced a lot f sweat! I'm still a little sore. I will definitely be going back to her classes!
The building itself is adorable, warm, and inviting. It'll be nice once the construction and parking situation is figured it a little more, but I'm patient there. I'm looking forward to more classes at the RiNo location!

I love the styles of classes and the intensity coupled with the peacefulness of yoga. I do wish there were more available class times at this particular studio
