The service man, Terry, was terrific. He wasn't expecting some of what he had to do but he stayed with it without complaint. He was polite and kind. He cared about his work saying, "I First name removed't want any leaks on my jobs and have to have someone else come back to fix it." In todays world this care seems to be rare. Thank you.
