We started the delivery of salt because my husband didn't like carrying the 50 pound bags of salt down the basement steps. The delivery guys are always very personable.

The whole process from inquiry, information gathering, scheduling, and installation was very smooth. We love our R.O. setup and the water is incredible. We added the remineralization and total defense cartridges to our setup and couldn't be any happier. Everyone that is over to our house that has our water asks what we have setup because it's so good!
