I like the quality of the product and the longevity of it. However, more expensive than a lot of things out there and the service is very expensive. My latest series of visits acquired multiple times people coming to the house. First I was quoted an amount that would be much less. They returned and removed one of the filters that wasn’t needed so that I could get some refund down to where I was quoted. Then the guy forgot to remove the plug and so we did not get any RO water And had to have him come back again. Then that night we had leaking from under the sink, soaking my counter under the sink and going all over the floor. We called and they were supposed to put it to emergency and no one called us back. When calling the office the next day , the lady had the poor Customer Service to actually intimate that I had done something to the system to make it leak. I told her that I had not touched anything. It was not my fault that it was leaking. She was very condescending and called me Miss Brown we will send someone out. They sent someone out and big letters on the invoice said no leaking. I did nothing to the system had no Contact with it and do not appreciate being accused of breaking my system and then having you guys have to come out and fix it. It was a series of events all the way across which was then given a negative impression to me. Very poor Customer Service this last time. I’ve been with you guys for years and never had poor service before so I’m going to let it slide but don’t appreciate it .
Very dependable water softener product, that helps in import our water quality. Our recent service went very well, and we are happy with the outcome.
Dec. 18 I had Nick over for a estimate. He was so so professional and understanding. He had all the answers and made me feel at ease. I was more than happy with him. He was a great guy to deal with and I wish there were more people like him in business!!! Give the guy a raise or buy him lunch.....he far deserves it!!
Fast forward 1-2-2024 Aaron H showed up to install the new unit. His plumbing skills were top notch and he knew his stuff! He installed it so well and it looks awesome! Keep these 2 guys around. They are a great addition to your company. They both deserve a raise, lunch and a huge praise.
