Service was great. Water is the Best.
The front desk representative, Sonia, couldn't have been nicer. She was pleasant and professional and was motivated to assist me with my issues. She truly cared about my water softener concerns.
Then Sonia had Kevin Rush, Operations/Service Mgr, come up and we discussed what I need to do to get my unit working properly. I purchased a salt plate and went home to see if after I cleaned my brine tank, the unit would work again. I texted Kevin and he was so helpful and patient with my issues.
I will now schedule a service call.
I have purchased all my soft water units from Culligan since 1995 and will continue to do so. You guys have been great!

We have a water softener and purifier from Culligan. We like how they work overall, but my husband feels the water is too soft. I disagree; I feel it is adequately softened.

Culligans RO units are transparent by publishing chemical assays of their water filtration effectiveness. Other companies are rarely as transparent. That is why I trust Culligan.
