Office was down the road from me
My issue was addressed and resolved without any issue or delay. Culligan technician identified the problem and recommended my water softener be replaced ASAP. Other than paying the initial response fee ($185) no other charges were applied to me. Culligan stands behind the products they sell, which will keep me as a customer for many years to come!
