I was extremely impressed by how quickly your representative was able to schedule my appointment. I am so happy to have this service in my home. We all enjoy the benefits of having soft water and filtered water for our daily drinking habits. Not to mention we no longer have to go and by bottle water and have the inconvenience of bulky water bottles.
Service technician explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions quickly.
He quickly completed the service and carefully checked for any leaks before he left. I was very satisfied with this service call.

My Culligan Man Tony Hicks is the best customer service delivery man I have ever had. My WIFE Alicia Foster and I have had delivery service for a long time but he by far is the best delivery man ever. He is courteous, dependable and as loyal as he can be. He once saw me coming home from the clinic and turned around to deliver my water to my door and he brings them to my kitchen door as I can't do and he does it without a cart, he carries them one in each hand. What a Culligan Man.
If I could give him a reward for his services I would but he told me to send feedback instead.

Your installer was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
Knowing that I have clean water. I do wish that the filter was changed twice a year instead of only once. We have filters in other places in the house and they are changed at least every 3-4 months
