They don't charge me for salt if I don't need it they deliver and put salt in the tank they let me know what day they will be here no guessing
The consultation we received from Ed was informative and we were able to come to a quick decision about which water softener system we ultimately wanted to purchase. Installation for our system was quick and we received a concise run-through of what we needed to know immediately about operating the water softener system, as well as some info about changing filters, adding salt, etc. All in all, this has been a great experience, and the water tastes great!
