A service technician, Richard, came to my home on Monday the 14th.
He was prompt, polite, professional and took all of the time needed to address and solve all of the reverse osmosis system issues that we had.
Richard went above and beyond. In his thorough check, found an unrelated issue with the water pressure in the house.
He also told us how to have the problem addressed.
I highly recommend Culligan and especially Richard.
