We just had our tanks replaced with the salt system. We are happy with the water quality with our newly installed system. The only thing that I was a little unhappy about was that Culligan decided to increase the prices of the monthly tank service a lot over the past two years since we moved into our place in Treasure Lake.
I was told that the reason for the increase was that the tanks were more expensive from your supplier but found out through a reliable source that the reason was because your company wanted to get rid of the tanks because of the liability connected with the delivery. I do not think this was a good business decision on your part to increase the prices on the tanks to your trusted customers because we ended up paying a lot more for the services during that increase in pricing. The prices increased so much that it drove your customers to move to another system.
