I had some problems with my new water softener but the staff here in Ottawa were able to figure out what was happening and were able to adjust it to work well. I am overall very happy with the way it's functioning now. They had to adjust the expected usage and to set it to automatically recycle if I hadn't used that much water in 7 days.

I've been a customer of Culligan Total Water for more than a decade. I rent a water softener and they deliver the salt and put it in the tank. Honestly, I feel like Culligan is more like my next door neighbor (whom I love). Everyone is friendly, immediately responsive to calls or email messages and I don't feel like they're trying to squeeze my last dime out of me. They're a true and steady company and I can't recommend them more highly. EXCELLENT products and customer service!
