The sales associate who came to my house, Jamie, was friendly and listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase anything. I was very happy with her. Also the tech who came to my house the following day, was polite and kind. He did a great job with the install, and I was equally happy with him as well. I am not the best with names, but I believe his name was Zach? All around a good experience, and I am very happy with my water quality now. Only issue I am having is I cant get the softener to connect to the wifi, so I am going to have to purchase a wifi extender to make the connectivity work.
