Convenient and kind staff.
I just received a new water cooler as I pay monthly rent on it. Ever since we got it, I haven't really like it as the styrofoam makes loud noises constantly and I feel that's not how it should be. I do like the water bottles and having delivery. Is there a way to try a different new cooler as these sounds are very annoying. Thanks!

we liked the Salesman who was very knowledgeable about Culligan's products, did a great job of explaining how it all worked and also at answering our many questions. He expertly guided us on which product would be best for our application and provided helpful practical answers. The service/product installer also did a great job and also was able to answer our questions regarding how and where to install for our special needs.
We use the RO membrane water purifier multiple times every day and are very happy with it. All the equipment appears well made and has a nice professional look, even the dispensing faucet installed on our sink looks & works great.

We live in a mobile home park, so the water is hard. They found us a real good system that fixes our issue and I love that I can feel clean again. The only negative thing I have to say is when they installed our system, they didn't wrap the new pipes they installed but it all worked out.
In addition to enjoying my new soft water, I was particularly impressed with the technician who did the installation! He routed pipes in a way that they would avoid being obstacles in the future. His work was detailed and he was very conscientious. I really appreciate the work he did.
