we chose to not respond to the first survey request rather than report anything not up to par but since you sent another request we'll respond. You sent out excellent crew (Brian etc.) - they were very good and informative - where the breakdown occurred was an employee called us on the following Wednesday afternoon advising they would be there the next day (Thursday between 0Phone number removed) - do what??? have never dealt with a company that works this way - the company should call saying repair done when can we come out? So I told the employee no, tomorrow is not good as we had to be away most of the day - I then told him Friday would be good - he said he doesn't do the scheduling and would check into it - I told him that I expected a call to let me know if Friday would work since I verified no jobs on Saturdays - he confirmed I would get a call to let me know whether or not we could expect them Friday - never got called so we were left hanging - then on Monday I called in - spoke to Travis who advised will find out who employee was that called and apparently dropped ball regarding Friday - then turn around and Travis failed to call with a new date telling me later phone lines went down - they finally got out to hook up and next day my husband found that something was not registering correctly and they came back out to hook up something that had not been hooked up - you're the only company around so apparently customers must just suck it up however not a good way to operate. Thank you.

We love the quality of the water. The delivery of the bottles are very professional and very willing to help carry them in.
Service is great. Product is great. I only give a 9 out of 10 because I was spoiled by Glenn who texted me the day before delivery.
I don't feel that I can comment on the product nor recommend it until we have our water tested to verify that the system is making a difference.
On that note, I was very disappointed to learn that this is a service Culligan does not provide its "new" customers. (New--defined as having the system in place after one year.) I believe that Culligan should pay for this test is to show to what degree a difference the system has made.
I was told Culligan would charge around $200. Therefore, I am searching on my own to find a laboratory. I would have to include this "neglect" on the part of the company in any review that I make in the future.

Yes, I just had an insult on and I really liked the taste of the water i. It's feeling very good on my skin now. I'm not getting that hard water. I would highly recommend is call against anybody.
