We have had Culligan since moving into our house over 20 years ago and have never had one complaint with the units or the service. I am also thankful that I am able to receive a bill for your services since I do not do anything regarding payments via my computer. Thanks for the fine company you are.

Water softener works great and weekly delivery of new tank is so convenient.
At first, a tech came by to make sure softener system can be installed. During the installation, the project seemed difficult and the tech couldn't do it.
Francisco Valadez and Raphael Ortega, 2 experts, were much more knowledgeable. Francisco took the time to explain what is needed, the implementation of add on and verified the system multiple times before and prior to the installation. Overall, the installation was smooth.
In parallel Dave from the sales team was a great support. He made sure all my questions were answered.

They work as planned. Salt delivery on time. Most of time they fill the salt tank.
The water is delivered timely and Mark brings it inside my sun room. It has no bad flavor and does not cause mineral flavor in my coffee or plug up my water/Ice machine.

Our only negative comment was that neither the office or technician mentioned an hourly rate or ballpark price for service leading to somewhat of a surprise days later !!!!
