I love that the drinking water is processed by reverse osmosis. That is important to me. Also having it delivered helps me. It’s really heavy for me to lift but at least it’s here and I don’t have to lift it from a store or whatever.

Agustin serviced our filters & explained everything. He tested th reverse osmosis water & salt water & showed me the great quality of our water. Very nice! Showed me how to keep salt from getting hard & bunched up. Replaced tubing & showed me the old ones. Great customer service!

We've had Culligan whole house and under sink soft water products for over 25 years, The systems have been reliable and serviceable when needed. The periodic reminders on needed filter changes has been very helpful since it's the kind of item easily forgotten.
The service rep for our latest filter change noticed one of the filters hadn't been changed for quite awhile but since the faucet flow wasn't affected there was no need to replace it at this time.

They do everything for us. They take care of the upkeep for the system. They contact us when service delivery is coming up and show up when they should. I'm happy with them.

My water makes my cloths feel soft!. My water is clean! The service is excellent. We also have a water purifier on our kitchen sink; I can remember when we first got our purifier my husband Jim poured a glass of water from our regular faucet and he spit it out! He thought some thing was wrong with the water and then realized he was not drinking the purified water! He never made that mistake again! We feel so safe when we drink and cook with our Culligan water purifier!

Same day notice of delivery isn’t so great. While I’m aware of the date on which delivery has been scheduled months in advance, it would be more considerate to provide a delivery reminder the day before delivery instead of the morning of delivery.
