The water softener system has improved my experience with the hard water in my area. The delivery service is easy to adjust and the customer service is always responsive and helpful. My area driver Ricardo is always timely and efficient. He always sends a message with his ETA and completion of service.
This rating is for the 2 service technicians, Joe Rust and trainee Dalton. We called for a problem with our unit and ended up having to completely rebuild the softener. That was an unexpected expense.

Nice lady who answered the phone at Culligan in Bellingham, WA was very helpful in helping me order new filters for my Culligan Soft Water machine. From start to finish on the phone took less than 5 minutes!! THAT'S A RECORD!!!

Salt delivery service - Recently, Clayton from Culligan of Phoenix delivered salt for our system. He was professional, ensured the system was operating well but most importantly, his genuine kindness was outstanding.
Additionally, they could tell there was a computer malfunction. He reported it right away and Kevin came right away to ensure the system was communicating correctly.

Service is excellent but just taking a long time to resolve my issue. Rafa is great and super knowledgeable just wish he had been assigned to me first.

Mike Jarvis was very friendly and extremely helpful. He explained what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. He was very patient. He offered me a monthly contract and explained why it would be a good idea. He did not pressure me in any way.
