Ruben, your salt delivery agent was very helpful in trying to get some response to a problem with a new installation for our water softener. A new water softener was installed more than a month ago, but the operating panel was not available at that time. We were told that it would be completed the following week. Two weeks ago, I spoke with an agent in your office who advised that the part was "in transit" and wold be installed the following week. That did not occur. I called again yesterday and was told that they would look into it and return my call yesterday afternoon or this morning. that has also not happened. We have ben without a water softener for more than a month that impairs the activity of our dish washer and washing machine. This is totally unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
