I have no issues with the water softener system. It works great. The reason I am not giving a 10 is only because of the under the sink water filter that we purchased. We upgraded to the Bluetooth type puck and it just has never seemed to work correctly from the begining. It was repaired once and most recently the puck broke and only will turn the filter on after multiple times pushing it. The display on the puck is no longer working either. If I could get that equipment replaced/repaired without additional cost it would be great.
My water is so much softer. I don’t use as much dish and laundry . The best of all is my hair

We like the taste of the water. It’s really nice to have our own drinking water, not tap water, also we live in a condo and at times our water gets turned off when they have to do repairs, it’s really nice to have your water.
