The technician called me in the morning and gave me a 2 hour window of when he would arrive that afternoon, which he did. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the system as well as patient to answer all my questions. He had the system operable in short order. I was very pleased with the service.
I really like all the personnel, very thoughtful, recently had filters on reverse osmosis, changed by Daniel. He was great.

My entire experience was exceptional! Being a part time resident of Wautoma, the person taking my call got me an appointment the next day. Brandon arrived on time (actually a little early), was knowledgeable about my non Culligan equipment and performed all the necessary tests and adjustments. The charge was very reasonable and included the time Brandon spent with me. I would highly recommend Sterling and you will be my go to company in the future. Very well done and very much appreciated.
