Technician Collin was fantastic, excellent representative of Culligan. On time, polite and appeared to know his job responsibilities.
After a previous survey I was called by a Service Rep Chantal Kelly and she was able to fix/resolve each of my concerns with lack of schedule and service pausing immediately. This not only showed that the system was in place already, but that somehow information wasn't passed to myself and potentially other clients and she was able to solve it.
This showed me that they valued me as a small customer, and yes I know in the end its all about money, but the fact that the company took the time to contact me directly and help resolve my concerns and issues made me feel that they cared about the service I was receiving even though I'm a tiny miniscule portion of their revenue.
That is customer service at its best.

Excellent corrective action service provided by Jesse Montano on April 24, 2024 (service orderPhone number removed). Jesse's prompt work was follow-up to my April 23, 2024, water system leak call. His completed work successfully inspected my water system unit that determined that the water leak was dripping from o ring from meter port. Jesse took it apart and lubed o ring. Based on his acceptance/operational testing, no further leaks were observed with the system working good. good.
Also kudos to Mark Clements for following up with me and the successful corrective action repair work done by Jesse Montano,.
