Always checking softener is working and keeping the tank full. Service people are always polite and inquire if there are any problems.
Always on time with delivery. Only problem has been the 3 gallon botles with no handle. They are difficult to manage. Also, we had one of those that when I mounted it on my cooler it totally leaked out onto the floor. Other than that, everything is good.
