I was quoted a price for 4 rooms, my house
has 3 rooms with carpet that needed to be cleaned
I was charged for 795 sq.ft. and was told that it is harder
clean around furniture than to move it, it was kind of hard flor me
to believe. One room was two-thirds full of furniture, leaving one third
of carpet to be cleaned but I got charged for the whole room and another
room(master bedroom) that was at least half full but that was also charged for
all of it. There is more but I have decided to rent a Rug Doctor from now and
do it myself from now on.
Steven and Stephan were friendly, did a WONDERFUL, detailed job and they were also sympathetic to my two wide-eyed cats. I already did recommend ServiceMaster on both Twitter + Facebook.
The technicians were very professional and the 14-year old carpet looks nearly new. They did a great job.
We called to get vents cleaned bc there's a horrible smell that comes out went air blows. Yeah you cleaned the top part but didn't get the horrible smell out. With the amount we paid to get this taken care we feel as though we were ripped off. For this alone I would not recommend your service to any one else.
They were fast, professional, and did a great job!
The service techs were very professional, neat, organized, thorough, and great to work with. The process was smooth and very well done. We got to see pictures of before and after and were amazed at the result!! Will definately recommed Service Masters again!

slow down, they guys we're good but I think they missed a few spots, plus in there rush to get the job done the took out a chunk of our painted baseboard in the hall.

The two techs that cleaned my carpet this last time were remarkable - performed courteous, diligent, and outstanding work.
They clean my stain master carpet according to the recommendations of the warranty. We were pleased with the results.
Just not impressed with the end results. Phone person was nice & got us scheduled quickly. I would hire her. Guys who came out to clean were prompt & professional. But the end results were no better than what I get with a supermarket cleaner like Resolve. Even recent spots that should have easily been removed were still visible once the carpets dried. Maybe it's the cleaning products/stain remover used, or maybe the equipment? Maybe my expectations were just too high.

The crew was on-time, friendly, and did a great job.
Your employees were efficient, curtious and did a fine job for on our carpets. The manager did a good job checking on the employees and making sure that we were receiving the services requested. The secretary did a good job of coordinating and explaining things to us.
Some small furniture was not moved (I.e., television set and beds)

Pretty expensive for an incomplete job.

I feel like for 89 dollars the people that came out could have taken a little more care to actually make the carpets look clean. They were just so-so.
It was quick and very well done
No before, after proof of cleaning, questionable cleaning proceedure. spending 2 hours to tape all vents, then during the cleaning - removing the tape on the vent you are cleaning and not recovering afterwards. if that is not needed, why spend the 2 hours taping?
They were polite, efficient, and did a great job on getting the stains out.
The work was completed promptly and the carpet looked great.
