Clean cut and courteous workers. They also explained everything they were going to do, in detail.
I was disappointed. Service tech had to use my water to clean.
He didn't want to clean the box springs for the king size mattress. He wanted to spray the box springs and not clean. When I advised that that would be ok but I was going to call the office because I wasn't going to pay full price. Then he said he said he would clean it. He also stated he wouldn't be able to remove the stains but I have to say he didn't spend a lot of time or try very hard. I paid per agreement but I will never use the company again nor will recommend the company and I will not use the furniture medic as recommended by the tech that came to clean the furniture.
When customer made the appointment, she was informed that we could not guaranty stain removal. Upholstery cleaning appointment was made for cleaning the mattress only.
Workers were on time and very professional. They explained what they were doing and why we got the results we did.

After the worker was finished we walked back over the project and found a couple spots. He did go back and treat them.However the spots have returned.I thought your service was a bit pricey.With that being said we will not be calling you back.

Technicians did a nice job, and moved things that we are unable to move. Very helpful.
When you finished the job the carpets smelled worse than before you started because you did not use a deodorizer. I had to call Steammattic and gave them come redo the job. They were a $25 more for 10x better results.
Client's carpet was cleaned on February 17th. When she scheduled her appointment, she stated that there were some pet issues (dogs) and spotting, but she would like "regular carpet cleaning." This was noted on her Work Order. The techs also asked her if she would like them to address the pet issues. She declined again. She did NOT want to pay a pet treatment fee for us to address the additional pet issues of odor and spotting.
In terms of pricing, when she called to make her appointment, she said that another ServiceMaster had a special on cleaning and requested that pricing. This price was okayed by the Sr. Project Manager as the amount to charge her for the carpet cleaning.
In addressing the customer's survey, she did not want us to deodorize and do anything more than a "regular carpet cleaning," and she also received the carpet cleaning service at a much discounted price.

The two men that came to my home were friendly, explained the process of how the carpet cleaning procedure worked and asked about any stains before starting. I did have a couple of pet stains that they took care of first, then proceeded with the carpet cleaning. I was very pleased with service that I received and will use this company next time.

This last team we had was not up to the level of service we were used to. We had to have them make three attempts to clean the chairs to our satisfaction.
The courteous employees who vacuumed the carpet first, pre-spotted areas & went over carpet until it was clean.
