My child is having a learning a lot at Mathnasium, the only complaint I have is the excessive mask wearing. Enough all ready with the masks, the staff looks paranoid. My child has complained of the masks, muffling instructors voices. It also confuses me why they are wearing masks as children do not get extremely sick from coronavirus, nor are they super spreaders. The last comment I have is the masks are scary looking, the staff look like they’re going to go rob a store with their masks., I am so confused as to why they are wearing masks around children….
I don’t know what they do, but my child who is not very eager to do any sort of homework loves going there.
My daughter really enjoys going to Mathnasium. I am amazed every time! Whatever you're doing, keep doing it!
After over 2 years, we seem to be Mathnasium lifers. I think the supplemental curriculum my kids receive by coming to the center is critical to their overall education.
My daughter continues to love Mathnasium after a full year. (And she does NOT love school!) She was able to skip a level in math this year, 8th grade, due in part to her time at Mathnasium.
Mathnasium uses teaching techniques recommended by my child's doctor, as well as common sense pedagogical techniques that I have used myself as both a college professor and a homeschooling parent. I know that my child is finally really learning math, in a way that works for her. Everyone there also seems friendly, welcoming and understanding. When I've needed to explain personal challenges to help them help her better (my child is also dyslexic, making story problems extra challenging), they take such things under advisement and modify the instruction.

My child has had a lot of trouble with math and the skills she is learning are exactly what her doctor ordered to help her learn in her own way. Furthermore, the incentive system (filling up cards in exchange for prizes) helps her stay motivated. Our doctor sent us here and her recommendation was warranted.
